Basic troubleshooting for .@ TRUEWIFI on iPad (iOS 7)

You can check .@ TRUEWIFI usage by

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi Check the signal strength of @ TRUEWIFI, there should be at least 2 lines or you might have trouble using the Wi-Fi.


     
  2. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi The connection status must be “connected” with a check mark in the front of the network


     
  3. If it is not connected, disable and then enable WiFi again or tap .@ TRUEWIFI.  The IP address will appear. Then select “Forget this Network”


     
  4. Check to see if the IP address is 10.xx.xx.xx or not. If not go to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the connected .@ TRUEWIFI  network.
